Sutton Schools Christian Workers Trust was founded in 1995 to support the provision of collective worship in Sutton’s schools and to increase the knowledge and understanding of the Christian faith among children and young people.

Our work includes Bible based assemblies, Religious Education and Citizenship lessons, support for Christian groups in primary and secondary schools, support and events for Christian teachers, conferences, training and church visits. We also work with local churches to provide events for children and young people.

The Trust is overseen by a management committee consisting of primary and secondary school head teachers, local clergy, teachers and church members. Our work is funded by individuals and churches of various denominations.
