Let's Know

“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” (Psalm 34:3).

"Behold Children are a gift from the Lord". (Psalm 127)

Children's Ministry Goals

Striving to provide a safe space and appropriate biblical doctrines for our children & youth to grow in the knowledge and love of Christ.

Children's Ministry Objectives

Developing curriculum, programmes and programs to support

and engage with our children and youth to:

  • Learn that God loves each one of us.

  • Learn that the Bible is the Word of God.

  • Come to know Jesus as their personal Saviour and Lord.

  • Inspire child and youth to have a desire to show the life of Jesus Christ in them.

  • Respect and obey their parents

  • Realise and achieve their potentials in life

  • Making sessions more relevant, productive and meaningful    to meet the needs of our Children & youth of today

CBC know that the children are a precious gift. Accordingly, we strive to provide a safe space for them to grow in the knowledge and love of Christ.

Children and Youth Services are held regularly and are split into three age categories. We seek to keep the children enthusiastic, motivated and excited. We also give them opportunities to engage, sing, play, make crafts and to hear life-shaping stories from the Bible and personal experiences. Our strong teaching team also provide biblically-based education so the children of our church and community may learn character-forming lessons that inform them to be effective citizens and followers of the principles the benefit our communities.

We are looking forward to having you and your children with us on Sunday mornings, in-house or online. Being children teacher is a demanding but rewarding role, and is an important part of the CBC Children & Youth ministry.
